Single and lonely in London

Single and lonely in London

It is never a fun time to be single, it is particularly difficult when you have moved to a new town and left all friends and family. Being single in a big place like London can be even more depressing! London is the kind of city where you want to have a partner to go around with, and if you haven't got many friends around then watching other couples can be even harder. Luckily London is such a vibrant and cosmopolitan city that it’s not too difficult to find a date - so you would think right?

Too busy and Single

I've been in London now for 3 months, working at a big agency in London which is bustling with great looking men and women. When I first started I thought "this is great, I'm bound to find a date here". The problem is that everyone is so busy with work they have little or no time to date, their patience is quite low and when it comes to downtime they just want to hang out with their mates and relax.

Single Loner!

Being single and new in town makes it very difficult to mingle, I've gone out on a few work night outs but I've not really bonded with anyone from the opposite sex that is single and willing. There are a fair few single lads at the office, who choose not to date co-workers because the company frowns upon it. What a waste of talent, there are so many great looking single men and women in my office who cannot date each other, harsh!

Singles on a mission

Me and a few of the guys at worked have decided to be more proactive and introduce each other to our mates, hoping that someone will find that special person! Things WILL get better as one of my mates from up north is now moving down to London! Bring on the partying....
